HMD Global, the company that makes Nokia smartphones, has introduced two new devices. These devices are called the Nokia G310 5G and the Nokia C210, and you can already find them on the company’s website.
Both of these new phones run on Android 13, which is the latest version of Android, and they use Snapdragon chipsets, which are like the brains of the phones. The Nokia G310 5G has three cameras on the back, and the main one can take pictures up to 50 megapixels in quality. On the other hand, the Nokia C210 has two cameras on the back, and the main one can take pictures up to 13 megapixels.
The Nokia G310 5G has a special feature called “QuickFix,” which makes it easier for you to fix the phone yourself if something goes wrong. This phone also has a big battery that can last for a long time – it’s a 5,000mAh battery. The Nokia C210 is the least expensive option, and it comes with a smaller battery – it’s a 3,000mAh battery.

The latest Nokia G310 5G operates using Android 13 and showcases a 6.56-inch HD+ display (720 x 1,612 pixels). This display has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen includes a small, waterdrop-shaped cutout to house the front camera and is safeguarded by Gorilla Glass 3 with a 2.5D design. Driving the phone’s performance is a Snapdragon 480+ 5G System on a Chip (SoC), coupled with 4GB of RAM. Notably, the device boasts a QuickFix design that empowers users to replace the battery, charging port, and screen on their own, aided by repair guides, tools, and parts provided by iFixit.
In terms of photography, the Nokia G310 5G carries a triple-camera setup at the back, complemented by an LED flash. This camera arrangement includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with autofocus, accompanied by two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro photography. For capturing selfies and engaging in video calls, there’s an 8-megapixel sensor located at the front.
Storing content on the Nokia G310 5G is facilitated by 128GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card (up to 1TB). Connectivity options are diverse and include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/AGPS, USB OTG, a micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone introduces a face unlock function and integrates a fingerprint sensor on the side for secure authentication.
The Nokia G310 5G packs a robust 5,000mAh battery, which supports rapid 20W charging. Additionally, the device holds an IP52 rating, signifying its resistance to dust and splashes. In terms of dimensions, it measures 165×8.6×75.692mm and carries a weight of 195.0447 grams.

The Nokia G310 5G is priced at USD 186 (equivalent to approximately ₦146,940). On the other hand, the Nokia C210 comes with a price of USD 109 (equivalent to approximately ₦86,090). The Nokia G310 5G is offered in a single Blue colour variant, while the Nokia C210 can be found in a Grey colour option.
HMD Global has announced that the Nokia G310 5G will be ready for purchase starting from August 24, while the Nokia C210 will be accessible for buying from September 14. Both models will be up for sale through online retailers and Metro by T-Mobile outlets in the US.
