What is the privacy protection password? It is a built-in security feature added to most Android devices running on Android OS 4.3 Jelly Bean and above. It was designed to eliminate any unauthorized user from accessing and using the device without the required pin. For it to take effect, it has to be enabled.

Using Default Password Combinations

Using the previously used Sim Card in the phone

Sometimes the anti-theft pops up on the screen of your phone when you change the sim card. If this is
the case, it can be solved by returning the original sim card back to the phone. How to do this?

  • Power off your phone and re-insert the original SiM card that you had on the phone before the removal.
  • Switch on the phone
  • When the phone boots up, go to “Settings” in your phone.
  • Locate and tap on “Security”.
  • Look for “Mobile Anti-Theft” or “Anti-Theft Services” and either dick the check mark off or the switch from “On” to “Off”.

    depending on your device.

Disable SIM lock

Sometimes, privacy protection password screen locks are displayed due to the SIM lock option been turned on. The screen lock comes up when the original SIM card is removed. This can be removed by putting the original SIM card back and you need to remember the PIN.

  • Switch off your phone and reinsert the original SIM card.
  • Power on your phone are go to your device’s settings screen via the “Settings” app.

  • Click “Set up SIM card lock”
  • If option is set to ON, the slider will be green, tap on the slider to turn it OFF.

  • Click on the OFF side, to turn off the SIM unlock.
  • If prompted for the PIN to turn off, enter the PIN and tap on OK.
  • The SIM Lock will be deactivated and you can put a different SIM card.

  1. Power off your mobile phone.
  2. Press Vol up and power key at the same time.
  3. Release power key once you hear vibration and continue holding volume up key.
  4. Scroll down to “Clear EMMC”, press power key and wait for operation to complete.

  1. Launch [[[Miracle flashing box]]] software and click on MTK.
  2. Next to the Service menu, click Unlock/ Fix button.
